NHRDC is a recently established Council which has been assigned the responsibility to promote and coordinate the development of human resources in Seychelles. The NHRDC seeks to achieve the highest level of performance in the development of competencies as well as raising awareness of the importance to plan, utilize and develop human resources through policy and practice.
